Welcome to LoveLincolnshire.UK where you can find photographs and digital artwork based on Lincolnshire’s sights and scenes.
Much of Lincolnshire reminds me of the Britain of my childhood; quiet country lanes, little traffic, livestock in the fields, small market towns with independent shops (fighting a brave battle against the supermarkets). We can still see the Milky Way at night, hear a cuckoo in spring-time, watch hares haring across the fields and barn owls swooping low over the dykes.
The long beaches and undeveloped parts of our coastline are wonderful for a picnic or walking the dogs.
Snowdrops and daffodils abound in springtime and a mass of cowslips and wild primroses can take one by surprise during a walk along a field edge or verge.
